Just north of the mighty Niagara Falls, Four Mile Creek State Park's campsites sit near the shores of Lake Ontario. The park's hiking trails wind along densely wooded bluffs. The marsh at the mouth of Four Mile Creek is home to fauna such as great blue herons and white-tailed deer, while flora, such as stunning white trillium and green brier, grow along its banks.
Geography:
Four Mile Creek State Park is located on the shore of Lake Ontario, just 15 minutes north of Niagara Falls, in Niagara County.
Recreation:
Considered a flagship facility, activities include biking, fishing, hiking, picnicking, and camping. Playgrounds are located in 100 Area, 200 area near the campstore.
Facilities:
Campsites, some with electricity, are located near the shores of Lake Ontario and offer spectacular panoramic views. Campsites have dumping stations and showers. The park also offers food, a camp store at Four Mile Creek, laundry facilities, a nature trail, picnic tables, a playground, and recreational activities led by park staff.
