Enrollment
Only one Loyalty Rewards account number will be assigned per customer. (This is an online program; there is no physical card).
Patrons are encouraged to keep one customer account. Points from multiple accounts cannot be combined into one account. Points cannot be assigned to another person or account.
Points have no cash value and can only be used for the rewards offered by New York State Parks campgrounds.
Earning and redemption rates may be adjusted by New York State Parks campgrounds at any time.
Earn Points
For reservations or walk-ins, every $1 dollar spent earns 10 points towards use fees on future camping stay.
Points are earned in a pending status and shall be awarded after an overnight camping stay is completed.
Access Pass/Lifetime Liberty Pass Customers: Points are only earned on dollars spent; any pending points equal to the value of the Access Pass/Lifetime Liberty Pass refund will be returned when the refund is issued.
Redeem Points
For redeeming points, every 100 points is worth $1 dollar.
Redeemed points will be deducted from the customer's account at the time the reservation is booked. View How to Redeem Points (PDF) for details.
Access Pass/Lifetime Liberty Pass Customers: The Pass refund/discount may be reduced if you redeemed points when booking the reservation.
Points cannot be redeemed for conference room, gazebo, pavilion or tent shelter site rentals or for seasonal or transient boat dock rentals, reservation fees, taxes, cancellation fees, gift card purchases, refunds, purchases at concession-operated facilities and dining lodges, permits & passes including car or visitor passes, dump fees, license fees, dock rentals or golf fees.
If a refund is requested for an overnight stay transaction involving both points and another payment method, the refund will be given based of the payment method for the specific night that is refunded. (i.e., If the refunded night was paid in points, points will be returned; but if the refunded night was paid by credit card, the amount will be refunded back to the credit card that was used for payment).
