Allan H. Treman State Marine Park, NY

1. Boat Trailer storage will be available in designated areas only.
2. Overnight parking of RVs is prohibited in this park, please book a campsite elsewhere for your RV.
3. Use of generators is prohibited in the marina basin.
4. The region reserves that right to assign or re-assign slips in order to efficiently utilize all available slips.
5. All Park rules and regulations as well as application State and Federal rules and regulations will be observed. Parks reserves the right to terminate, without prior notice or refund, any permit issued when rules and regulations are violated.
6. Water and electrical accessories must be approved by the Park Manager. Water may not be available for early or late season. Modification of park electric equipment and supply is prohibited.
7. The Permittee assumes all risks related to this permit and shall be solely responsible and answerable in damages for all accidents or injuries to persons or property, and hereby covenants and agrees to indemnify and keep harmless the People of the State of New York; Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation; their officers and employees; from any and all claims, whether direct or indirect, arising out of the operation of this Permit, or the carelessness, negligence or improper conduct of the Permittee or any servant, agent or employee thereof.
8. The Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation shall not be responsible for property damage or personal injury to the Permittee, or any person upon the premises at the invitation of the Permittee.
9. Pet owners must be able to show certificate proof of current rabies inoculation for pets on board. All pets are to be on a 6-foot maximum leash at all times and can not be left unattended.

Payment and Refunds:
No refunds will be made for licenses that are revoked or terminated. Refunds for the season will be made only on licenses voluntarily surrendered and cancelled before the 15th day of the marina’s operating season . Refund requests received after the 15th day of the operating season will be reviewed by regional staff. If approved, customers requesting refunds by June 1 would receive 75% back, those requesting refunds by June 15th would receive 50% back, those requesting refunds by July 1st would receive 25% back. No refunds would be issued following July 1st. All approved refunds are subject to a $7.25 fee.
