Camping reservations can be made up to 9 months in advance. Sites become available at the 9-month window at the following times:
March 15 - Labor Day: 8AM Monday - Friday, 9AM Saturday & Sunday.
Day after Labor Day - March 14: 9AM Monday - Friday, 9AM Saturday & Sunday.

This cottage is closed from Monday, September 22, 2025 to Thursday, October 2, 2025 (2025 Ryder Cup

PLEASE NOTE: Reservations should only be made through Reserve America, do not book this site via any third-party site (i.e. Airbnb, Vrbo, etc...).
No person under the age of 21 will be permitted to cottage rentals unless accompanied and supervised by a person 21 years of age or older who has been issued a permit.
Maximum Occupancy is 6 people
Cottage rentals require a $100 lost key/minor damages deposit upon check-in. Deposits collected via credit card only.
The cottages are non-smoking. NY State Parks will retain the $100 deposit required for cottage rental if this policy is violated.
No tents or trailers are permitted in the cottage area.
The cottages offer heat and air conditiong.
Towels and linens are NOT provided.
Pets are NOT allowed at Wildwood State Park, including the cottages.
Please no bicycle riding after dark; cyclists 14 and under are required by law to wear helmets. No skateboards, roller blades, roller-skates or motorized scooters permitted in Wildwood State Park.
The removal or destruction of trees is prohibited. This includes partially fallen trees.
Quiet hours: Daily 10pm-7am. Loud music, amplifiers, drum kits, DJ equipment are prohibited inside the cottages at all hours.
9pm is the latest available time to check in.
Check-out time of 11am is strictly enforced. A walk-through with park staff must be performed at checkout.
Violation of any of the cottage rules/restrictions may result in the cancellation of the remainder of a reservation. Park management reserves the right to terminate the remainder of a rental agreement of any patron found to be in violation of our cottage rental policies.

ACCESS PASS and LIFETIME LIBERTY PASSES ARE NOT ACCEPTED FOR THE COTTAGES.
All vehicles must be registered. ONE vehicle pass is included with the price of the cottage. One additional vehicle pass can be purchased at the Park Office. Two vehicles maximum are allowed at each cottage.
INCLUDED: One queen sized bed, two single beds and one futon (no linens), flatware, glasses, coffee mugs, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, pots and pans, cooking utensils, cutting board with knives, can and bottle openers, toilet paper, dish soap.

The cottages offer heat and air conditioning.
PATRONS SHOULD BRING: Bedding/linens for a queen bed, two single beds and one full-size futon. Pillows, kitchen and bath towels, and toiletries (soaps, shampoos etc.), coffee filters, purchase or source their own wood locally.
Firewood sourced beyond a distance of 30 miles from Wildwood State Park may not be brought into the park.
No fires are permitted outside of the designated fire pit.
Upon checkout, the cottage must be swept and clean, and all utensils and cooking gear washed. The person having booked the reservation is responsible for any and all damage done to the cottage/camp facilities by themselves or by their guests.
No subletting, substitutions or registering for others will be permitted.
Cottage # 3, 4 & 9 have ADA compliant ramps
During Core Season: Odd Cottages: Thursday, Friday and Saturday MUST be booked together
During Core Season: Even Cottages, Friday, Saturday and Sunday MUST be booked together.
Refuse should be placed in the provided containers outside the cottages. Refuse will be collected from the provided containers daily.
The MAXIMUM night stay per reservation is 7 nights.
