Burnham Point State Park is small and quiet, with lightly-wooded campsites and great opportunities for boating, fishing, and relaxing. Boaters can explore local towns, islands, and historic sites for miles up and down the scenic river. Anglers can catch popular game fish like bass, pike, muskellunge, and walleye. In addition to tent and trailer campsites, the park has boat docks, a playground, and picnic areas.
Burnham Point State Park is located northeast of Lake Ontario, on the St. Lawrence River.
Boating, fishing, hunting, picnicking, and camping are popular activities here.
The park offers campsites, showers, dumping stations, picnic tables, a playground, and boat launch sites, most of which are handicapped-accessible.
Cedar Point State Park, Grass Point State Park, Long Point State Park - Thousand Islands, Sackets Harbor Battlefield State Historic Site, and Westcott Beach State Park are all nearby.
